Continental Development Corporation was established in 1985 with its major focus centered on the development of residential neighborhood building sites in the northern suburbs of Minneapolis. In 1996, Continental, under the name of Troy Development Corporation, expanded into western Wisconsin with the development of the Troy Burne Village and Eagle Bluff neighborhoods south of Hudson. Troy Burne Village, with beautiful home sites woven around the Tom Lehman-designed Troy Burne Golf Course, and Eagle Bluff, with home sites nestled into the nearby wooded hills and bluffs of the Town of Troy, were created to reflect Continental's long-standing traditions of superior quality and attention to detail. In 2005 Continental unveiled its latest development, Hills of Troy, a master planned community carefully woven into the scenic rolling hills and bluffs of western Wisconsin. In addition to the continued development of exclusive residential communities, in 2000 Continental added the development and management of Class A office buildings and upscale shopping centers, featuring prime retail sites and lease spaces, to its portfolio. Continental's staff of experts oversees the design, construction and management of every project from inception through the completion of construction. As each development comes on line, Continental's Facilities Management staff ensures the high standards used during the design and construction phases continue to guide the management and maintenance of all properties. Whether looking for executive home sites, Class A office space or prime retail locations, Continental Development Corporation is committed to exceeding your expectations. You are invited to discover all Continental has to offer! |
